Supply and Installation of 6 Cooling Coils of AHUs at 2nd, 3rd and 4th Floor Head Office Building (Replacement of Old Cooling Coils)

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites bids for the supply and installation of new cooling coils for Air Handling Units (AHUs) at its Head Office building in Lahore. This procurement is focused on the replacement of old cooling coils with new, efficient units to ensure optimal HVAC performance across the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of the office premises. Items being procured: - Supply and installation of 6 No. cooling coils for AHUs at 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor Head Office Building (replacement of old cooling coils) The technical scope includes the removal of existing coils, supply of new coils meeting the specified standards, and complete installation with all necessary fittings and commissioning. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the new coils are compatible with the existing AHUs and that the installation is carried out with minimal disruption to office operations. All works must comply with SNGPL's safety and quality standards, and the contractor must provide a performance guarantee as per the tender requirements. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Experience in similar HVAC works, particularly in large office or industrial environments, will be an advantage. Earnest Money of PKR 180,000 must be submitted in the form of a demand draft, pay order, or deposit-at-call receipt in favour of SNGPL. Bidders are advised to carefully review the technical specifications and site conditions before preparing their bids. The deadline for submission of bids is 22 July 2026. All bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes to the address specified in the tender documents.
