Pakistan Railways Divisional Office Quetta invites sealed bids for execution of two works based on Pakistan Railways Composite Schedule of Rates 2116. The procurement method is Single Stage-Single Envelope from eligible bidders registered with Pakistan Engineering Council and active on ATL of FBR. Items being procured: - Covering Foot Over Bridge at Quetta Station for Security Purpose (Approximate Cost Rs. 7,423,508, Earnest Money Rs. 148,470, Completion Period 02 Months, E-PADS Tender No. P-88879) - Construction of 10 Nos New Watching Towers at Quetta Yard (Approximate Cost Rs. 6,650,070, Earnest Money Rs. 133,001, Completion Period 02 Months, E-PADS Tender No. P-90358) Bidding documents can be obtained free of cost from the E-PADS portal. Bidders must submit bids through E-PADS with scanned copy of Bid Security in the form of CDR/Pay Order in the name of DAO/P.R Quetta. Original bid security along with hard copy of bidding documents must be submitted to the office of Divisional Engineer-I, P.R Quetta (Work Accounts Branch). Bids will be opened on the same date in the presence of representatives of bidders. Pakistan Railways reserves the right to reject any or all bids prior to acceptance as per PPRA rules. Eligibility includes PEC registration in relevant category, valid NTN and ATL registration, and submission of earnest money as specified. Completion period for both works is 2 months.
