Supply of Covering Steel Pipe Size 1", 2" & 4"

Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) Lahore invites bids for the supply of covering steel pipes in sizes 1 inch, 2 inches, and 4 inches under Tender Enquiry No. SND-2639/26. The procurement is for Lahore, Punjab, and involves the supply of steel pipes to be delivered at Base Stores Manga (D). Items being procured: - Covering Steel Pipe Size 1" - Covering Steel Pipe Size 2" - Covering Steel Pipe Size 4" The tender documents include general terms, instructions to bidders, bid form, price schedules for foreign and local suppliers, questionnaire, schedule of requirements and shipment, technical specifications, specimen authority letter, bid bond, performance/warranty bond guarantee, integrity pact, specimen purchase order, certificate of full disclosure and non-collusion, blacklisting mechanism, and declaration of beneficial owner's information. Bids are invited on a single stage two envelope system basis, with separate technical and financial proposals. The technical proposal must include technical literature, questionnaire, clause-by-clause commentary on technical specifications, quantity offered, bid bond, and delivery period. Financial proposals must include price schedule, bid bond, sales tax and income tax certificates (if applicable), and questionnaire copy. Bidders must submit original plus two copies of both technical and financial proposals in duplicate sealed covers marked confidential. The bids must be delivered to the General Manager (Procurement), Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited, 1st Floor, Gas House, 21-Kashmir Road, Lahore by 18.11.2026 at 1430 hours. Bids will be opened publicly on the same day at 1500 hours. In case of holidays, bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time. Eligibility requires compliance with technical specifications, valid bid bond, and adherence to terms and conditions. Bidders must remain valid for 90 days from the closing date. Only one authorized representative per bidder is allowed to attend the public opening with an authority letter. Non-compliance with terms may lead to rejection.
