Cutting and Stitching of Uniforms for National Highways & Motorway Police Sector N-5, Central-I, Okara

The National Highways & Motorway Police Sector N-5, Central-I, Okara invites bids for the procurement of cutting and stitching of uniforms for the financial year 2026-2027. This procurement is specifically for the Deputy Superintendent of Police Lines Headquarters N-5, C-I, located at Al-Rehman Plaza opposite Bata Factory, Maraka Multan Road Lahore. The items being procured include cutting and stitching of 1316 pairs of uniforms and 860 trousers. The uniforms must be stitched strictly according to the prescribed NHMP sample and specifications, including quality materials such as Buckram Urooj/Master/German or equivalent, Falcon thread or equivalent, YKK original or equivalent pent zips, and superior quality plastic buttons. The technical scope includes sending skilled tailors for measurement of officers from Lahore to Chichawatni across 7 stations, ensuring individual measurements are taken and uniforms are tailored accordingly. The cloth will be provided by the department, and any alterations or defects will be the responsibility of the firm. The firm must provide samples of 2 pairs of stitched uniforms (male and female) and 2 trousers (male and female) at the time of technical bid opening. Eligibility criteria require firms to have at least 2 years of experience with 3 previous work orders, NTN and GST registration, active tax payer status, and an annual turnover of at least two million PKR. The bid security amount is Rs. 50,000/- in the form of Pay Order, CDR, or Bank Draft.
