Tender Description
This tender invites qualified individual consultants in Karachi to provide expert data archiving and record keeping services for the Sindh Water and Agriculture Transformation Project under the Planning and Development Department. The assignment focuses on organizing, digitizing, and structuring project records to enhance accessibility and audit readiness within the IT Software & Licenses category.
The consultant will assess and inventory existing physical and digital records, classify and organize files, and digitize key documents with clear naming conventions. A digital archiving framework will be developed to ensure efficient retrieval and document control. The work will be carried out at the PCMU office in Karachi, requiring attention to detail and adherence to project timelines over a three-week period.
Applicants should hold a relevant Master's degree from an HEC-recognized university and demonstrate experience in data archiving and record management, preferably with public sector projects. Compliance with PEC categories is not applicable here, but candidates must ensure they are not blacklisted and meet FBR/ATL requirements for the 2025-26 financial year to qualify.
The submission deadline is set for 15 days from the notice publication, with bids to be submitted via the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System. The technical and financial bids will be evaluated according to SPPRA rules. The physical address for coordination is the PCMU office, 2nd Floor, Sindh Bureau of Statistics Building, Clifton, Karachi.
Pro-Tip: Ensure your submission includes a valid affidavit of not being blacklisted and all required documents like CNIC and updated CV. Missing these often leads to disqualification, so double-check before submission.
