Miscellaneous Items and Equipment for Multiple Departments at Institute of Space Technology (SUPARCO) Islamabad

The Institute of Space Technology (SUPARCO) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the procurement of miscellaneous items and equipment intended for multiple departments within the institute. Items being procured include: - Maintenance Kit for MNME Analyzer, Recordum Air Pointer Hydrocarbons analyzers or detectors - Fine Dust Aerosol Spectrometer for PM 2.5 and PM 10 (compatible with Recordum Air Pointer) - Modification of Toyota Hiace vehicle for installation of Air Quality Monitoring System - Spare parts and consumables for AQMS Recordum Air Pointer such as DFU Filter, Activated Charcoal (1kg), Purafill (1.5kg), Pumpe-K rebuild for KNF pump, Filter Pad for Zero Air Cartridge, Extended Lifetime Sample Filter, Accupack for Air Pointer PC, Permtube SO2 and NO2 certified tubes, O-Ring Capillary, Deionization Cartridge, Eingangs Filter, Silica Gel, O-Ring 40x2.5, Filter Pad Cartridge 50mm, Hopkalit (1kg), Teflon Filter 5um 47mm - Lab furniture including computer chairs, visitor chairs, classroom tables, bookshelves, laboratory workstations, executive chairs - Consumables, spare parts and accessories for Aethalometer (AE33) including GMX 500 compact weather station, sample stream dryer, CO2 sensor, flow calibration pad, cartridge filter, tape roll, flexible inlet tube, insect and water trap assembly, insulation for TB-0012 tube, flow sensor, BGI Tetra Cal - IT infrastructure and networking equipment with installation and commissioning for computer labs including network cabinet racks, SFP 10G transceivers, 24-port and 48-port managed switches, Huawei switches, CAT6A cables, patch cords, fiber optic cables, cable ducts, pipe conduits The technical scope covers supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of the above items at the Institute of Space Technology, Islamabad. The vehicle modification includes structural reinforcement, insulation, air-conditioning, generator and electrical system installation, and safe exhaust routing. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be NTN filers, GST active, registered with SECP if applicable, and not blacklisted. Bid security must be submitted as per the bidding documents. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 to participate. The bid submission deadline is Thursday, October 15, 2026 at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0 only. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
