Tender Description
The Logistics Centre (North) under the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) based in Rawalpindi, Punjab, is procuring DC Inverter Air Conditioners specifically for Gilgit Airport. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and involves the supply of high-quality DC Inverter Air Conditioners in three capacities: 1.0 Ton, 1.5 Ton, and 2.0 Ton. The units must comply with specifications including the use of R-410A refrigerant and be from reputable brands such as Gree, Orient, PEL, or their equivalents.
The technical scope includes delivery of five 1.5 Ton units, one 1.0 Ton unit, and one 2.0 Ton unit to the Logistics Centre (North) located at Lehtrar Road, Rawalpindi Saddar. The delivery period is set at 90 days. Bidders must be registered with FBR and provide the latest ATL certificate. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed for this tender. The bidding process follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method with a fixed price requirement in Pakistani Rupees.
