Design, Construction, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of an Integrated Superstation with Data Information Platform and Forecasting System

The Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (EPCCD) through its Strategic Planning & Implementation Unit (SPIU) invites applications for Pre-Qualification from National / Local companies/firms registered with Punjab e-Procurement System (EP) for the project of Design, Construction, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of an Integrated Superstation with Data Information Platform and Forecasting System in Lahore. Items being procured: - Design, Construction, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of an Integrated Superstation - Data Information Platform - Forecasting System The project scope broadly covers a complete package including all phases from design to operation and maintenance of the integrated superstation and associated data and forecasting platforms. Applicants must be registered with Punjab e-Procurement System and relevant tax authorities. Pre-Qualification documents are available immediately after publication on Punjab e-Procurement System and PPRA websites or can be collected from the department during office hours. Applications must be submitted online through Punjab e-Procurement System by or before 28th August 2026 at 11:00 AM. The opening of applications will be on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of participants. Partial or conditional applications will be rejected. Applicants must demonstrate capability to undertake the complete scope. Late or incomplete submissions will be rejected. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all applications as per PPRA Rules 2014.
