Design, Construction, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of an Integrated Superstation with Data Information Platform and Forecasting System

The Environment Protection & Climate Change Department (EPCCD) through its Strategic Planning and Implementation Unit (SPIU) invites applications for Pre-Qualification from National / Local companies/firms for the project titled Design, Construction, Supply, Installation, Commissioning, Operation and Maintenance of an Integrated Superstation with Data Information Platform and Forecasting System in Lahore, Punjab. The project involves a complete package covering design, construction, supply, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of an integrated superstation with a data information platform and forecasting system. Items being procured: - Design of Integrated Superstation - Construction works - Supply of equipment and materials - Installation and commissioning - Operation and maintenance services - Data Information Platform - Forecasting System Applicants must be registered on the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP) and comply with relevant registration authorities and tax departments/authorities. Joint ventures or consortiums are allowed to participate. The pre-qualification process will be conducted online through the Punjab E-Procurement System (EP). Pre-Qualification documents can be downloaded from the Punjab E-Procurement System website or collected from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority during office hours. Applications must be submitted online by 28th August 2026 at 11:00 AM, with opening of applications at 11:30 AM on the same day. Partial or conditional applications will be disqualified. Applicants must demonstrate capability to undertake the complete scope of the project. The Procuring Agency will not be responsible for any cost or expense incurred by applicants in connection with preparation or delivery of applications. The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject all applications without assigning any reason.
