National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites sealed bids from eligible firms/bidders for the design, manufacture, supply, installation, erection, testing and commissioning of 500/220kV Ludewala Substation (upgradation from 220kV Substation) and two 500kV line bays at 500kV Faisalabad West Substation. Items being procured: - Design, Manufacture, Supply, Installation, Erection, Testing and Commissioning of 500/220kV Ludewala Substation (Upgradation from 220kV Substation) - Two 500kV Line Bays at 500kV Faisalabad West Substation The technical scope includes comprehensive engineering, supply of all equipment and materials, installation, testing, and commissioning at the specified substations. The project is located in Faisalabad and Ludewala areas, requiring adherence to international standards and NGC specifications. Bidders must be registered with PEC and have relevant experience in high voltage substation projects. FBR registration and ATL listing are mandatory. Earnest Money in the form of Bid Security must be submitted in original before the deadline. Bids must be submitted through the E-PADS portal on or before the deadline of 6th October 2026 at 11:00 AM PST. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM PST at the office of the Director General (Procurement), NGC, 8th Floor, Shaheen Complex, Egerton Road, Lahore.
