Design Vetting and Resident Construction Supervision of Level-2 Flyover at Ring Road - GT Road Intersection Peshawar

The Peshawar Development Authority (PDA) is seeking proposals from qualified consultant firms for the design vetting and resident construction supervision of the project titled Construction of Level-2 Flyover at Ring Road - GT Road Intersection in Peshawar. The consultancy firms should have sufficient experience in similar infrastructure projects and must submit a bid security equivalent to 2% of the bid cost in the form of a CDR or an unconditional bank guarantee from a scheduled bank. The pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for 2026-07-30 at 14:00 hours at the office of Director Engineering Roads-I PDA, Hayatabad, Peshawar. Proposals, including technical and financial bids, must be uploaded through the EPADS portal by 2026-08-06 at 14:00 hours.
