Tender Description
This tender invites contractors in Hattian from the Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA), Ghazi Barotha Hydropower Project, for civil works involving de-siltation and repair of barrage buildings.
The scope includes de-siltation of stilling basins of power channel structures from RD 0+00 to RD 27+886 and repair and maintenance of barrage buildings and allied areas. These works require expertise in handling sediment removal and structural repairs in a hydropower environment, ensuring the stability and operational efficiency of the power channel and associated infrastructure.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above, renewed for the financial year 2025-26, and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). Compliance with these requirements ensures eligibility and adherence to government procurement standards.
The submission deadline is set for 07 April 2026 at 11:00 AM, with electronic bids to be submitted via the E-PADS system. Bid opening will occur the same day at 11:30 AM in the Committee Room of the Chief Engineer/PD office at GBHP WAPDA Hattian, District Attock. Bidders must provide bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) as specified.
