Desilting critical flood waterways in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa including Larqi Drain No 1 RD 00-Tail reaches

The Paharpur Irrigation Division D.I.Khan under the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is procuring desilting services for critical flood waterways in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, specifically focusing on Larqi Drain No 1 RD 00-Tail reaches. This project is part of the non-ADP 2025-26 financial year works and aims to improve water flow and flood management in the region. The technical scope involves desilting operations which require specialized equipment and skilled labor to clear sediment and debris from the drain to restore its capacity. The work will be carried out as per the work order issued by the Executive Engineer, Paharpur Irrigation Division. The estimated cost for this project is bold PKR 8.00 Million, and bidders must provide 2% earnest money plus stamp duty as bid security. Eligible bidders must be approved contractors of the Irrigation Department with renewed registration through EPADS and valid licenses from the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current financial year 2025-26. The required PEC category is C-6 and above, with specific project codes CE 03(iii), CE 04 (Full), CE 04(ii), CE 04(v), or CE 04(vii). Additionally, bidders must be registered with the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Revenue Authority (KPPRA) and comply with all relevant rules and notifications. The last date for submission of tender forms is 4th June 2026 by 1:00 PM, with bids to be submitted through EPADS online portal. Bidders should also submit their bids via leading courier service before the deadline along with all required documents.
