Desilting of Drains and Nullahs Located at Rawalpindi Cantt

The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RHQ Rawalpindi) invites bids for the desilting of drains and nullahs located at various sites within Rawalpindi Cantt. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and aims to improve drainage infrastructure across multiple locations including Akhri Bus Stop Pulli, Aslam Market, R-A Bazar, Adra Puli, and several others within Rawalpindi city. The technical scope involves the removal of silt and debris from nullahs and drains with varying dimensions, typically averaging 12 to 18 feet in width and 2 to 3.5 feet in depth, covering a total volume of approximately 76,000 cubic feet. The work includes desilting at multiple stretches such as from Akhri Bus Stop Pulli to Jan Colony, Aslam Market to Kalma Chowk, and Dhoke Banaras to Mehfil Marriage Hall among others. The contract duration for completion of all works is 30 days from commencement. Eligible bidders must possess a valid PEC registration for civil works, active NTN registration with FBR, and demonstrate relevant experience in similar drainage or civil desilting projects. Joint ventures are not allowed for this tender.
