Supply of Desktop Computers, Laptop with Accessories, Scanner & Display Screen and Office Furniture for Directorate General Mines & Minerals Punjab

The Directorate General Mines & Minerals Punjab Lahore invites bids for the supply of desktop computers, laptops with accessories, scanners, display screens, and office furniture under the ADP Scheme titled 'Chief Minister Punjab Value Addition Financing for Pink Salt' for the financial year 2026/27 - 2032/33. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System (eP) ensuring transparency and efficiency. Items being procured: - Desktop Computers - Laptop with Accessories - Scanner - Display Screen 65" or more - Executive Table - Office Table - Visitor Chairs - Revolving Chair - Revolving Chair Executive - Side Wracks The procurement includes two lots: Lot 1 for IT equipment with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,225,000 and Lot 2 for office furniture with an estimated cost of Rs. 2,560,000. Bidders must submit bids electronically via the Punjab e-Procurement System. The technical scope covers quality IT hardware and ergonomic office furniture suitable for the Directorate's operational needs. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant tax authorities, valid Income Tax, Professional Tax, and Sales Tax certificates, and listing on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL) of FBR. Bidders must provide earnest money amounting to 5% of the estimated cost as bid security. Experience of at least three years in procurement or supply of similar items is required. The bidding documents are available online and must be submitted by 28 September 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening scheduled for 28 September 2026 at 12:30 PM. Bidders are advised to upload their bids well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues. The Directorate will not be responsible for any delays or technical problems on the e-PADS portal.
