Repair and Maintenance of Office Furniture and Fixtures Framework Agreement

The Accountant General Pakistan Revenues (AGPR) Islamabad invites prequalification applications for an Open Framework Agreement for the Repair and Maintenance of office Furniture and Fixtures. This framework agreement will cover repair and maintenance services for various office furniture and fixtures located at G-8/4 Islamabad, Islamabad Capital Territory. Items being procured include: - Repair of Executive Chairs (200 pcs) - Repair of Computer Chairs (400 pcs) - Repair of Office / Visitor Chairs (360 pcs) - Repair of Executive Tables (120 pcs) - Repair of Office Tables / Work Stations / Computer Tables (360 pcs) - Repair of Sofas (250 pcs) - Repair of Side Racks / Credenzas / Almirahs / Wall hanging file cabinets and other fixtures (400 pcs) - Repair of wooden doors, blinds, curtains, window pans, wall paneling, wooden partitions (350 pcs) - Repair of Washroom fittings, Iron Racks etc. (400 pcs) The scope includes timely and economical repair and maintenance services to ensure satisfactory upkeep of office assets. The framework agreement will be valid for 36 months commencing from October 12, 2026. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR (NTN and GSTN), hold NADRA citizenship documentation, and submit a Call Deposit Receipt of Rs. 200,000 in favor of Branch Officer (Admn-II), AGPR Islamabad. The evaluation will be based on Quality Based Selection (QBS) with technical marks out of 100 and a minimum passing score of 65. Experience of at least 5 years, financial capacity with annual turnover of PKR 20 million or above, and satisfactory completion certificates of similar jobs are required. Bids must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by 11:00 AM on October 1, 2026. Late or manual submissions will not be accepted. The bid opening will be conducted electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM. Interested vendors should register on https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/ if not already registered.
