Tender Description

The Azad Jammu & Kashmir Police Department in Muzaffarabad is procuring a comprehensive range of IT and electronic equipment under the budgetary head Machinery & Equipment for the financial year 2025-26. The procurement includes Desktop Computers with Core i7 13th Generation processors, Document Scanners, Printers, Desktop UPS units, Biometric Devices, Laptop Computers with Core i7 13th Generation, RAM 8GB DDR4 modules, 256GB SSDs, a Server, and a Firewall. These items will be delivered free of cost to the Central Clothing Store Police Line, Headquarters Muzaffarabad. The technical scope covers high-end computing and security devices essential for modern police operations. The quantities are significant, including 69 desktop computers and scanners, 136 printers, and multiple other components, indicating a large-scale upgrade. Interested suppliers must be authorized dealers or sole distributors with relevant experience and must submit earnest money of PKR 10,00,000 in the form of a CDR.
