Development and Implementation of Integrated Training Institutes ERP and Student Specific ERP - Odoo for KP-TEVTA

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Technical Education & Vocational Training Authority (KP-TEVTA) invites proposals through E-PADS from qualified, experienced and financially sound firms for the development and implementation of the Integrated Training Institutes ERP and Student Specific ERP using Odoo Enterprise for KP-TEVTA. The scope includes customization, implementation, data migration, training, and post-go-live support specifically for large-scale, public-sector or multi-location organizations. Items being procured: - Customization of Odoo Enterprise ERP - Implementation of ERP system - Data Migration - Training services - Post-Go-Live Support Eligible firms must have proven experience in Odoo Enterprise ERP implementation, system customization, data migration, integration, training, and post-go-live support. Firms must be registered with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) and appear on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). All other eligibility requirements are detailed in the RFP/Bidding Documents. The procurement will be conducted through Single Stage - Two Envelope Procedure as per Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules, 2014, amended. Bidders must submit separate Technical and Financial Proposals through the KP Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (KP-PPRA) e-PADS system. Bid Security of Rs. 600,000/- in the form of CDR (Refundable) in favor of the Managing Director, KP-TEVTA is required. The original CDR must be submitted in a sealed envelope before the bid closing date and time, otherwise the bid will be considered non-responsive. Last date and time for submission of proposals is **16-9-2026 at 11:30 AM**. Opening of Technical Proposals will be on **16-9-2026 at 12:00 PM**. Financial proposals of eligible and technically qualified bidders will be opened subsequently as per procurement rules. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm's FBR registration and ATL status are current and valid before submission.
