Development and Maintenance Works Including Parking, Painting, Road Work, and Weather Shield at Muzaffarabad City

The Physical Planning & Housing Department through the Office of the Executive Engineer Maintenance Division Muzaffarabad is procuring multiple development and maintenance works in Muzaffarabad city. The projects include the development of parking near the Revenue Complex with Civil Secretariat, miscellaneous painting and floor polishing at Civil Secretariat blocks, road works such as road lining, patch work, curb stone painting, PCC footpath, drain repairing, and refurbishment of the fountain at Civil Secretariat Chatter. Additionally, external weather shield painting of DHQ Complex blocks and road works at DHQ Complex and Jalalabad area are included. These works require contractors with a valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) license category C-6 and above, endorsed by PWD AJK for the financial year 2025-26. Foreign bidders may participate only through joint ventures with Pakistani firms as per PEC bye-laws. Bidders must be registered with the C&W / PP&H department for e-bidding and have FBR/ATL registration. The technical scope covers civil construction, painting, road maintenance, and refurbishment activities across multiple sites in Muzaffarabad. Earnest Money in the form of bid security must be deposited in the specified joint bank account. The bid securities of unsuccessful bidders will be returned after contract award or bid validity expiry.
