Development of Mangrove Learning Center and Remaining Work of Family Park at Karachi

Karachi Metropolitan Corporation (KMC) invites sealed tenders through a single stage two envelope procedure for the financial year 2026-2027. The procurement is for Parks & Horticulture works in Karachi, Sindh. Items being procured: - Development of Mangrove Learning Center at Mai Kolachi Karachi (Tender Ref: DG/P8H/KMC/16/2026-2027) with an estimated cost of Rs. 50.569 Million - Remaining work of Family Park at Khuda Ki Basti, Karachi (Tender Ref: DG/P8H/KMC/17/2026-2027) with an estimated cost of Rs. 28.238 Million The scope includes specialized Parks & Horticulture works requiring PEC category C-5 or above and specialized codes CE-01, CE-09, CE-10. Bidders must provide audited reports, machinery lists, bank statements, and pay order for bid security. Joint ventures are not allowed. The tender fee is Rs. 5000 and bid security amounts are Rs. 2,528,450 and Rs. 1,411,900 respectively. Bids must be submitted online via EPAD by 21-09-2026 at 10:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 10:30 AM at the office of the Chairman Procurement Committee Parks and Horticulture Department, KMC, inside Bagh-e-Jinnah (Frere Hall) Fatima Jinnah Road, Karachi.
