Tender Description
The Civil Works Department of Karachi Port Trust (KPT) is procuring works for the development of a Maritime Heritage Gallery at the old reception area of the Karachi Port Trust Building in Karachi, Sindh. This project is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and aims to establish a heritage gallery showcasing KPT's history and legacy through a nautical theme. The scope includes development of a nautical compass, KPT logo design, historical plates, ship model display tables, heritage color texture paint, wall cladding with heritage façade, antique wood polish and repair works, specialized marble flooring, civil works including plaster and dismantling, joinery works, and electrical works.
Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 or above and hold valid FBR and ATL registrations. Experience in maritime exhibition and design, coastal building construction, and at least three years of relevant project experience is required. The tender follows a single stage two-envelope procedure with bids submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0 by Thursday, July 9, 2026, at 10:30 AM, with opening at 11:00 AM the same day.
