Development of Takato Natural and Recreational Park Killi Fazal Bostan

The Executive Engineer Urban Planning & Development Department Quetta Division invites bids from eligible bidders for the development of Takato Natural and Recreational Park Killi Fazal Bostan for the year 2026 based on composite schedule rates 2023 on percentage basis. Items being procured: - Development of Takato Natural and Recreational Park Killi Fazal Bostan This procurement is governed under the Balochistan Public Procurement Rules 2014. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be active taxpayers, not blacklisted by any procuring agency including Pakistan Balochistan Revenue Authority, and registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with category C4 and above (up to 200 million) in relevant codes CE01-(1) for Road and Pavements, Drainage & related civil works. Bidders must have completed at least 3 similar projects (80% similar activities excluding maintenance, patchwork & rehabilitation) each costing at least 50% of the estimated cost within the last 5 years. No subletting or subcontracting is allowed unless the bidder has completed at least 3 building projects in the last 5 years with at least 50% of the estimated cost, demonstrating adequate equipment and human resource capacity. Subletting/subcontracting experience alone will not be accepted. Bid security of 3% of the bid amount in the form of Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call is mandatory. Bids must be submitted electronically only through the BPPRA e-procurement system by 26 August 2026 at 09:00 AM.
