THQ Hospital Kot Addu is inviting eligible manufacturers and distributors to participate in a framework contract for the procurement of surgical and disposable items required for dialysis services for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-Procurement System using the Open Competitive Bidding method under the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure, ensuring compliance with all relevant procurement rules and regulations. Items being procured: - Framework Contract Dialyzer 1.8 m² (Adult) (Qty/budget: Rs. 7,250,000) - Framework Contract Blood Tubing Set (Qty/budget: Rs. 2,500,000) - Framework Contract AVF Fistula Needle (Qty/budget: Rs. 1,500,000) - Framework Contract Bicarbonate Solution Base (A+B) (Qty/budget: Rs. 1,500,000) - Framework Contract Injection Heparin Sodium (Qty/budget: Rs. 1,200,000) - Framework Contract Injection Erythropoietin (Qty/budget: Rs. 2,600,000) - Framework Contract Dia Safe Filter (Dialysis Machine) (Qty/budget: Rs. 900,000) - Framework Contract Dialysate Solution (Dialysis Machine) (Qty/budget: Rs. 917,500) The technical scope covers the supply of high-quality consumables and medicines essential for dialysis operations, including dialyzers, blood tubing, AVF needles, bicarbonate solutions, heparin, erythropoietin, dia safe filters, and dialysate solutions. All items must comply with the required standards for hospital use and be delivered as per the contract schedule. Eligible bidders must possess a valid Drugs Sales License, be registered on the Punjab e-Procurement System, and provide a Bid Security equal to 2.0% of the estimated procurement value, submitted electronically. Only electronic bid security will be accepted; no physical financial instruments are allowed. Bidders must also be on the FBR Active Taxpayers List and have valid NTN and Sales Tax registration certificates. The deadline for e-bid submission is 16 October 2026 at 11:00 AM, with bids to be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Kot Addu.
