Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Wide Bore 1.5T MRI System and Medical Equipment at Lady Reading Hospital Peshawar

Lady Reading Hospital Medical Teaching Institution (MTI) Peshawar invites sealed bids through the EPADS (E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System) from registered firms with valid Income/Sales Tax and Active Taxpayer List (ATL) status on FBR for procurement of medical equipment and maintenance services in Peshawar. Items being procured: - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Wide Bore 1.5T MRI System 2026-27 - Physiotherapy Equipment phase-2 2026-27 - Laparoscopic Instruments Imported 2026-27 - Preventive Maintenance & Repair Contract for Lifts/Elevators FY 2026-28 - Annual Maintenance & Repair of Generators FY 2026-2028 The technical scope includes supply and commissioning of advanced medical diagnostic equipment, imported laparoscopic instruments, and maintenance contracts for hospital lifts and generators. Bidders must submit bid security as specified: 2% for MRI and Physiotherapy equipment, and PKR 500,000 for laparoscopic instruments and maintenance contracts. All bids must be submitted via EPADS portal by the specified deadlines.
