Tender Description
The COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus invites sealed bids for the procurement of specialized laboratory equipment in Abbottabad, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and aims to enhance the university's lab capabilities with advanced measurement instruments. Items being procured:
- Digital Oscilloscope (1 unit) with 100 MHz Bandwidth, 4 Channels, 1 GSa/s Sampling Rate, Deep Memory (14 Mpts)
- Three Phase Quality Analyzer (1 unit) capable of Voltage, Current, Power Measurement, Harmonics & THD Measurement, Phase Angles, Real-Time Waveform, and Data Logging Capabilities
The technical scope includes delivery to the COMSATS University Islamabad, Abbottabad Campus at Tobe Camp, University Road, Abbottabad. The equipment must meet the specified technical requirements and be delivered within 30 days. Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR (NTN & GST) and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). They should have at least three years of experience supplying engineering equipment, supported by copies of at least three similar contracts completed in the last five years. A bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) must be submitted physically before the closing date, while bids are submitted electronically via EPADS v2.0.
The bidding process follows the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) method under the Single Stage One Envelope procedure. Bids must be submitted online on EPADS v2.0 by Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions will not be accepted. Interested bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 and ensure compliance with all bidding document requirements.
