Procurement of Digital Thermal Offset Plates (Positive) - Qty: 1500 Nos.

The Pakistan Security Printing Corporation (Procurement) invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement of Digital Thermal Offset Plates (Positive) with a quantity of 1500 Nos. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform. The procuring agency is located in Karachi, Sindh. Items being procured: - Digital Thermal Offset Plates (Positive), Quantity: 1500 Nos, Size: 750 mm x 840 mm, Thickness: 0.30 mm, Spectral Sensitivity: 830 nm These plates are positive-working thermal digital CTP plates designed for high-quality wet-offset printing, suitable for banknote offset printing. They must be manufactured on electrochemically grained and anodized aluminium substrate, compatible with the PSPC's CToP machine, and capable of exposure at resolutions up to 10,160 dpi. The plates should support AM screening up to approximately 450 lpi and fine FM/stochastic screening. The make should be Kodak, Fuji, Agfa, or equivalent. Bidders must submit five sample plates for technical verification along with the original OEM technical data sheet and a valid manufacturer authorization. Eligibility criteria include valid FBR registration, compliance with technical specifications, and submission of bid security in the form of Pay Order or Bank Guarantee. Bids must be submitted online via EPADS v2.0 by 11:00 AM on September 17, 2026, with bid opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day. Manual submissions will not be accepted. The procurement will follow the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique.
