The registration interviews will be held on 04-10-2026 at the Conference room of Benazir Bhutto Hospital Rawalpindi with timings as follows: - Walk-in interview for registration of vendors for local purchase on day to day (LPDD) for Medicine, Surgical & Disposables at 11:00am - Walk-in interview for registration of vendors for Limited Purchase through quotations (LPQ) for Medicine, Surgical & Disposables at 11:30am The location of pharmacy vendors must be within a 10KM radius of Benazir Bhutto Hospital Rawalpindi for LPDD vendors. Vendors can obtain bidding documents from the purchase cell of Benazir Bhutto Hospital Rawalpindi by submitting a written application on original letterhead along with a copy of CNIC and payment of Rs. 2000/- (non-refundable). Bidders must furnish a Bid Security amounting to Rs. 50000/- in the form of a Bank Guarantee issued by any scheduled bank in Pakistan. Bidding documents containing terms and conditions must be submitted at the time of interview. No bids will be accepted without the Performance Guarantee.
