Disposal of Hazardous Material by Pak-Arab Refinery Limited Karachi

Pak-Arab Refinery Limited (PARCO) invites bids for the disposal of hazardous material on an 'as is where is' basis. This tender is open only to SEPA (Sindh Environmental Protection Agency) approved contractors as per the listed items below. The disposal locations include PS-1 Korangi Warehouse, PS-2 Bubak Station, and PS-3 Shikarpur Station in Karachi and surrounding areas. Items being disposed: - PS-1 Korangi Warehouse: Empty IBC (350 Nos approx.), Empty Plastic Drum (50 Nos approx.), Empty Metal Drum (250 Nos approx.), Used Batteries assorted sizes (480 Nos approx.), Empty Plastic Jerry Cans 30 Liters (100 Nos approx.), Used Cotton Rags/Gloves (500 Kgs approx.), Sludge in IBC Totes (6 Totes approx.), Empty Chemical Bottles/Tins (105 Nos approx.), Used/Waste Hydraulic Oil (3 Buckets approx.), Hospital Waste (40 Kgs approx.), Broken Glass (200 Kgs approx.) - PS-2 Bubak Station: Empty IBC (220 Nos approx.), Empty Plastic Drum (6 Nos approx.), Empty Metal Drum (14 Nos approx.), Used Batteries assorted sizes (36 Nos approx.), Empty Plastic Jerry Cans 30 LTR (15 Nos approx.), Tube Light Rod and Bulbs (100 Nos approx.) - PS-3 Shikarpur Station: Empty IBC (170 Nos approx.), Empty Plastic Drum (200 Nos approx.), Empty Metal Drum (70 Nos approx.), Used Batteries (165 Nos approx.), Plastic Drums filled with Waste Crude Oil (19 Nos approx.) The hazardous materials can be inspected by bidders at their own cost Monday through Friday from 10 August 2026 to 20 August 2026 between 1000 hrs to 1200 hrs at the specified locations. Interested parties must submit their bids through the SAP Ariba portal by 27 August 2026 at 11:00 PST. The bid opening will be held on the same day at 11:30 PST. Bidders must provide a bid bond amounting to five percent (5%) of the total bid value. Submission requires a scanned copy of a duly signed and stamped request on company letterhead along with valid NTN Certificate, CNIC, and a valid EPA Sindh/Provincial Environmental Authority approved License/NOC for handling, transportation, and disposal of hazardous waste. PARCO reserves the right to reject any or all bids or cancel the bidding process without assigning any reason before or after bid opening.
