Disposal of Non Infection Waste and Garbage Collection

The Armed Forces Institute of Cardiology and National Institute of Heart Diseases (AFIC/NIHD) Rawalpindi is inviting sealed tenders for the disposal of Non Infection Waste and Garbage Collection services for the fiscal year 2026/27. This contract requires a registered and security-wise cleared contractor with proven experience in garbage collection services. The contract is for daily basis or as required, ensuring no compromise on quality or timely service. Items being procured: - Disposal of Non Infection waste/garbage collection The scope includes regular collection and disposal of non-infectious waste and garbage from AFIC/NIHD premises in Rawalpindi. The contractor must ensure cleaning of the garbage pit 100% by 0800 hours daily and maintain high standards of hygiene and timely collection. The contractor will be given one month probation period and must deposit two months security in advance. Government taxes, if any, will be deposited by the contractor regularly. An eStamp paper will be provided by the contractor for the contract deed. Eligibility criteria include being a registered contractor with security clearance, experience in garbage collection services, and compliance with PPRA rules 2004. The contractor must also be able to pay the monthly amount by the 10th of each month and maintain quality and timely collection without compromise. Tender documents can be obtained from the Q Office after payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5000 from 13 July to 22 July 2026 during office hours. The last date for submission of tenders is 23 July 2026 by 1000 hours at the AFIC & NIHD Rawalpindi Auditorium (3rd Floor). Opening of bids will be on the same day and time in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your security clearance and all required documentation are complete and up to date before submission. Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained. Early collection of tender documents is advised to avoid last-minute issues.
