NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. Adamjee Insurance Co. Ltd. invites sealed bids for the disposal of 38 salvage vehicles on an 'AS IS WHERE IS BASIS' located at 1-A Gulberg Lahore. Interested bidders may inspect the vehicles between 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. The last date for submission of bids is **10-09-2026**. Items being auctioned: - Haval - GW M16 Turbo (3 vehicles) - Toyota Corolla Altis 1.6/1.8 (7 vehicles) - Honda PRV (2 vehicles) - Honda City (8 vehicles) - Suzuki Swift (4 vehicles) - Suzuki Alto (4 vehicles) - Hyundai Shahzore (1 vehicle) - Audi A6 (1 vehicle) - Toyota Yaris (1 vehicle) - Honda Civic (1 vehicle) - Honda CG-125 (1 vehicle) - Suzuki Mehran (2 vehicles) - Peugeot (1 vehicle) - Hyundai Santro (1 vehicle) - Changan Alsvin (1 vehicle) Bidders should carefully examine the vehicles before submitting their bids. The reserve price is displayed on each vehicle. A bid security of Rs. 40,000/- in the form of pay order as token money is required, refundable in case of unsuccessful bids. The token money will not be refunded if the successful bidder fails to make payment on or before the stipulated date, and the token money will be confiscated. Successful bidders must make payment through pay order(s) and receive vehicle documents on or before the last date of payment. Vehicles will be transferred in the name of the buyer only after full payment. All taxes, duties, and charges levied by government departments will be borne by the buyer. Capital Value Tax CVT @ 01% is applicable except for vehicles with engine displacement of 1300 CC and below. The company reserves the right to reject any or all offers without assigning any reason. Bidders are advised to inspect vehicles thoroughly and ensure timely submission of bids with all required documents to avoid disqualification.
