The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) invites electronic bids for the disposal of tenancy rights of various commercial units located at Hospital Road Saddar, Rawalpindi Cantt. The tenancy period is initially five years with the possibility of two further five-year tenures, subject to Board approval. Rent increases are structured with a minimum 10% annual increase and a 25% increase in the first year of extension. The successful bidder must comply with the Pakistan Cantonment Pure Food Act and other relevant laws during food preparation and sale. Bidders must submit a CDR/CD Bank draft/pay order of Rs. 10,000 as earnest money along with a certified copy of their CNIC. The original bid security must reach the RCB office before bid closing. The successful bidder will enter a tenancy agreement within 15 days of acceptance and commence business within one month. Eligibility requires bidders to be registered on EPADS Version 2.0 and with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), appearing on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Bids must be submitted electronically through EPADS only; manual or hardcopy bids are not accepted. The e-auction will remain open until 04-Aug-2026 at 2:00 pm, with bid opening and evaluation on the same day at 3:30 pm.
