Disposal of Unserviceable Store Items by Rawalpindi Cantonment Board

The Rawalpindi Cantonment Board (RCB) is conducting an e-auction for the disposal of unserviceable store items on an 'As Is Where Is' basis. The successful bidder will be required to deposit 33% of the total auction amount immediately upon acceptance and the remaining amount within seven days of the approval letter issuance. The auction closing date is set for 07 July 2026 at 2:00 PM, with bid opening at 3:30 PM on the same day. The auction will be conducted strictly on an 'As Is Where Is' basis, with no guarantees on quality, quantity, or usability of items. The successful bidder is responsible for loading, transportation, and removal of auctioned materials at their own risk and cost. Firms or individuals blacklisted by RCB or any government/semi-government organization are ineligible to participate.
