Disposal of Vehicles on As Is Where Is Basis by Islamabad Electric Supply Company

Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) is offering disposal of vehicles on an "As Is Where Is" basis through E-Bids. The disposal process will be conducted at the office of Chief Engineer (Material Management) IESCO Islamabad. Bidders must submit sealed earnest money or bid security in the form of CDR or Bank Guarantee valid for 120 days issued by a scheduled bank in favor of Chief Executive Officer IESCO Islamabad before the bid closing time. Registration with FBR is mandatory for participation. The bid validity period is 120 days from the date of E-Bids opening. The successful bidder will be liable to lift the vehicle within 15 working days from the issuance of the Release Order. The E-Bids will be received on 03.08.2026 up to 10:30 A.M and opened at 11:00 A.M on the same date. The disposal committee will evaluate the bids and results will be communicated via PPRA/IESCO websites. Bidders are advised to upload all mandatory information on the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal Systems (E-PADS) portal online. A judicial stamp paper undertaking of Rs. 100 must be submitted along with the sealed bid security before bid closing time.
