Items being procured: - 2 New imported or locally manufactured vans, 02/03 seater delivery vans, white color with high roof, diesel engine 2500-3000 cc, minimum cargo space (Length: 5300 mm, Width: 1900 mm, Height: 2250 mm), at least 2 airbags, OEM or authorized distributor/dealer, dual A.C. system factory fitted, parking sensors, automatic or manual transmission, side single slide door and hatch back, power steering, front seat belts, high-quality fabric seats, standard manufacturer accessories, authorized service centers with spare parts availability in major cities, delivery at PSO House Karachi, standard OEM warranty. - Registration of MQTU vehicles as two/three-seater commercial delivery vans for 2 vans including registration fee (withholding tax not deducted on registration fee). - Service charges for registration of 2 vehicles (withholding tax deducted only on service charges). The technical scope includes delivery of vehicles that comply fully with the specifications listed, ensuring durability, safety, and operational efficiency. The vehicles must be delivered to PSO House Karachi with all necessary documentation and registration completed as per commercial vehicle standards. Bidders must be authorized OEM distributors or dealers with proven capability to supply vehicles meeting these specifications. Registration and service charges are part of the contract. Earnest money and bid security requirements apply as per PSO procurement rules. FBR and ATL registration are mandatory for bidders. The last date for submission of quotations is **01 October 2026**.
