Procurement of Electric Loader Rickshaw

Heavy Industries Taxila invites sealed bids from eligible manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, suppliers, or firms possessing valid National Tax Number (NTN), Sales Tax Registration (where applicable), and fulfilling the eligibility criteria prescribed in the Standard Bidding Document (SBD). Procurement will be conducted under PPRA and MoDP rules. Items being procured: - Electric Loader Rickshaw (Quantity: 01 Nos) The delivery period is 3 months after signing the contract. Bidders must submit photocopies of registration/pre-qualification/indexation letters issued by HIT/DGP/MoDP/Govt/Semi Govt organizations if any, attested copies of registration certificates from Sales Tax Department and NTN certificates, audit reports for the last 3 financial years, attested bank statements for the last year, attested CNIC of CEO/Director, trade link certificates between firm and OEM (if distributor/agent), judicial paper certificate worth Rs 100 attested by Oath Commissioner confirming the firm is not blacklisted or debarred, documentary evidence of contracts executed in the last 3 financial years or works experience with Govt/Semi Govt organizations, and a postal order of Rs 2000 enclosed with the Technical Bid in favor of Director Supply Chain Management Directorate (SCM), HIT Taxila.
