Construction of Double Storey Office Building for Manager Technical (M&T) East, Deputy Manager Technical (M&T) Southern and Construction of Carpet Road at Eden Abad, Lahore

The Lahore Electric Supply Company LESCO (LESCO) invites bids for the construction of a Double Storey Office Building for Manager Technical (M&T) East, Deputy Manager Technical (M&T) Southern and the construction of a Carpet Road at Eden Abad, Lahore. This procurement is under the National Single Stage-One Envelope procedure using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The project includes the construction of a double storey office building with detailed civil works such as jungle clearance, excavation, termite proofing, cement concrete work, brickwork, damp proof courses, flooring with granite and marble tiles, plastering, aluminum windows, steel doors, painting, electrical wiring, and air conditioning installation. The scope also covers the construction of a carpet road with sub-base and base courses, tuff tile laying, and landscaping including turfing and tree plantation. Items being procured: - Jungle clearance and removing within 30 m - Excavation in foundation of buildings - Termite proofing with approved chemicals - Cement concrete with stone ballast 40 to 50 mm size in foundation and plinth - Bricks work in foundation & plinth in cement sand mortar - Damp proof course with cement, sand and shingle concrete - Vertical damp proof course of cement plaster with bitumen - Filling, watering and ramming earth under floors - Filling, watering & ramming sand/ghassu under floor - Brick tiles laid over earth and mud plaster - Flooring with granite and marble tiles - Aluminum windows and steel doors - Electrical wiring and fittings - Air conditioning units and UPS - Earthing for distribution board - Instant electric water geyser - Bathroom fittings and sanitary fixtures - Road construction including excavation, sub-base, base course, bituminous carpet - Fabrication and erection of car shed - Turfing and landscaping Eligibility criteria require bidders to have PEC licenses in CE-01 & CE-10 Technical Categories and C-4 or above Financial Category, with at least 5 years of general construction experience and minimum turnover requirements.
