Up-Gradation of Drainage System of Larkano City

Public Health Engineering Division-I, Larkano, is inviting electronic bids for the up-gradation of the drainage system of Larkano city. This is a major infrastructure project aimed at improving the urban drainage network to address waterlogging and sanitation issues in the city. The department is seeking eligible joint ventures comprising one contractor and one engineering consultant to participate in this competitive bidding process. Items being procured: - Up-gradation of Drainage System of Larkano City (Estimated Cost: Rs. 3,744 Million, Time for Completion: 12 Months) The technical scope includes comprehensive civil and engineering works for the drainage system, requiring expertise in large-scale urban water management. The project will be executed over a period of 12 months, and the successful bidder will be responsible for all associated works as per the detailed specifications in the bidding documents. Bidders must possess valid PEC registration in Category CA (No Limit) with relevant profile codes, NTN, SRB registration, and an electrical inspector license from Sukkur Region. Experience of at least one similar project costing not less than 80% of the estimated cost in the last five years is mandatory. Financial turnover and audited statements for the last three years are also required. Consultants must have valid PEC registration with specified consultancy profile codes and Sindh Revenue Board registration. Earnest Money equivalent to 5% of the bid amount must be submitted as a Pay Order or Bank Guarantee. The tender fee is Rs. 10,000 (non-refundable). Bids must be submitted electronically via the SPPRA EPADS portal; manual submissions will not be accepted. The technical bid submission deadline is 28.08.2026 up to 10:00 a.m., with opening on the same day at 10:30 a.m. Only those who qualify technically will have their financial bids opened.
