Augmentation of Drinking Water Supply Distribution Network in Urban Areas of MNDs, District Bajaur (Three Packages)

The Local Government and Rural Development Department District Bajaur invites sealed e-bids through EPADS for the augmentation of the drinking water supply distribution network in urban areas of Merged Newly Developed (MNDs) tehsils of Bajaur. This procurement is based on MRS-2025 and non-MRS items as per approved PC-I, under ADP No. 1965/251052 (2025-26). The works are to be executed by PEC-registered contractors with relevant specialization and experience, following the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure. Items being procured: - Package-1: Augmentation of Drinking Water Supply Distribution Network in Urban Areas of MNDs Tehsil Utman Khel and Barang District Bajaur (Estimated Cost: Rs. 40,000,000, Bid Security: Rs. 800,000) - Package-2: Augmentation of Drinking Water Supply Distribution Network in Urban Areas of MNDs Tehsil Mamund District Bajaur (Estimated Cost: Rs. 40,000,000, Bid Security: Rs. 800,000) - Package-3: Augmentation of Drinking Water Supply Distribution Network in Urban Areas of MNDs Tehsil Salarzai and Khar District Bajaur (Estimated Cost: Rs. 40,000,000, Bid Security: Rs. 800,000) The technical scope includes comprehensive civil and electrical works for water supply augmentation, including solar installation and general electrical works. Bidders must have valid PEC registration in Category C5 or above with codes CE-09, CE-10, EE11(i, ii, iii), EE11(vi), and relevant solar specialization. Additional requirements include registration with the Electrical Inspectorate of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (Category E), C&W Department enlistment, FBR and KPRA tax registrations, and PPIB registration. Earnest Money (Bid Security) of 2% of the engineer's estimate is mandatory for each package, to be submitted both electronically and in hard form. The last date and time for submission of electronic bids is **04-09-2026 at 11:30 hours**, with bid opening at **12:00 hours** the same day. All bids must be submitted through the EPADS portal, and original bid securities must be delivered to the office of the Assistant Director (Sr.), LG&RDD Bajaur.
