Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply of advanced drone and allied equipment alongside high-end IT equipment at the DBCG Management Office in Lahore under the National Engineering Services Pakistan (NESPAK) umbrella. The procurement covers two lots: Lot-1 includes enterprise-grade drones with comprehensive accessories and software, while Lot-2 comprises powerful IT hardware including workstations, servers, and UPS systems.
The drone equipment features cutting-edge technology such as omnidirectional obstacle avoidance, multi-GNSS support, and long-range transmission capabilities suitable for complex surveying and monitoring tasks in Lahore's diverse terrain. The IT equipment includes high-performance AMD Ryzen processors, extensive memory configurations, and robust cooling systems designed to support demanding computational workloads. Both lots come with a two-year comprehensive warranty ensuring reliability and support.
Bidders must comply with PEC registration requirements and maintain an active FBR ATL status for the fiscal year 2025-26. The tender demands submission of earnest money in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 3% of the bid price. All bids must be unconditional and cover the complete scope of supply for the respective lot(s). Partial bids will be rejected. The evaluation will follow the Least Cost Method, emphasizing financial prudence and compliance.
The deadline for bid submission is the end of March 2026, with bids to be submitted in sealed envelopes at the DBCG Management Office located at 49-H, Gulberg-III, Lahore. Financial proposals will be opened on the same day, and bidders or their representatives are encouraged to attend. Ensure all documents including company registration, NTN certificate, and affidavit on stamp paper are complete and properly attested.
Pro-Tip: Carefully review the bid security and performance security clauses to avoid disqualification. Also, verify the technical specifications against the Schedule of Prices to ensure full compliance. Missing or incomplete documentation is a common pitfall that can lead to rejection.
