Procurement of Drug and Medicines, Cost of Other Stores, and Miscellaneous Items for Directorate of Fisheries Sindh Hatcheries and Trainings Hyderabad 2026-27

Directorate of Fisheries Sindh (Hatcheries & Trainings) Hyderabad is inviting sealed bids from eligible firms, companies, suppliers, and sole distributors for the supply of goods for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement is for the offices of the Directorate of Fisheries Sindh (H&T) Hyderabad and its field offices, including the Deputy Director Fisheries Carp Fish Hatchery Larkana at Dokri and Deputy Director Fisheries Carp Fish Hatchery Jamshoro at Bubak. The procurement is under non-development budgetary provisions and covers three main heads of account. Items being procured: - Purchase of Drug & Medicines (as per schedule of requirement) - Procurement of items under Head of Account Cost of Other Stores (as per schedule of requirement) - Procurement of items under Head of Account Others (as per schedule of requirement) The quantities and detailed specifications for each item are provided in the schedule of requirements available with the bidding documents. Interested bidders can obtain the documents from the Directorate of Fisheries Sindh (Hatcheries & Trainings), Fisheries Complex, Old Wahdat Colony, Hyderabad, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000 per tender in the form of call deposit or pay order. Bidders must be registered with FBR and GST, and provide evidence of experience in fisheries, aquaculture, or supply of similar goods. Submission of 5 percent earnest money/bid security is mandatory. Firms must also provide GST and income tax returns for the last three years, a clearance certificate from the procuring agency, and proof of financial position as specified in the notice. The last date for issuance of tender documents is 15-09-2026 during office hours. The deadline for submission of bids is 16-09-2026 before 12:00 noon, and bids will be opened the same day at 12:30 pm at the Directorate office. All bids must be submitted in a single envelope containing both technical and financial proposals.
