AUCTION: E-Auction of Advertisement Rights of Various Modes of Digital Advertisement in Lahore

NOTE: This is an AUCTION/LEASE notice, not a procurement tender. Bidders pay the department to acquire ownership, lease, rental, or collection rights. The Horticulture Agency Lahore invites reputed registered advertising firms of PHA and national/multinational companies duly registered with the Security Exchange Commission of Pakistan or Registrar of Firms to participate in the e-auction for installation and advertisement rights in Lahore. The auction covers two main categories of digital advertisement rights. Items being auctioned: - LED Streamers of size 6x3 each at 29 locations including Kalma Chowk Flyover (36 units), Azadi Flyover (100 units), Do Morla Flyover Circular Road (62 units), Shanubaba Roundabout to Nusrat Hospital Pine Avenue (37 units), Gate No.1 Sector-I DHA Rehbar Defence Road Valacia Gate No.8 (14 units), and others totaling 172,220,775 PKR reserve price. - Digital Towers/Smart Digital SMDs of size 10x5 at 3 locations including U-Turn Infront of Club Chowk Mall Road, U-Turn Infront of Canal Masjid Chowk, and Shaukat Khanum Chowk under the bridge slip road with respective reserve prices. The successful bidder will bear the cost of installation and will run and operate the advertisement rights for commercial purposes. Eligibility requires valid registration with the Horticulture Agency Lahore and relevant national registration bodies. Multinational companies must display only company-owned products. The e-auction will be held on 05/11/2026 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Bidding documents must be submitted online via the e-auction portal https://phaeauction.punjab.gov.pk/login by 02/11/2026. Bid security deposits must be submitted online at least 5 days before the auction date. The agency reserves the right to reject any bids or proposals prior to acceptance.
