Renting Out Premises for Advertising and Marketing of Pakistan Metro Bus System (PMBS) from Kachehri Station till Shaheed-e-Millat Stations

Punjab Masstransit Authority (PMA) invites sealed bids from eligible, technically and financially sound firms or organizations for renting out PMBS premises for Advertising and Marketing from Kachehri Station till Shaheed-e-Millat Stations in Rawalpindi-Islamabad corridor. Items being procured: - Renting out premises for advertising and marketing along Pakistan Metro Bus System (PMBS) route from Kachehri Station to Shaheed-e-Millat Stations. The scope involves leasing out advertising spaces at various metro bus stations for marketing purposes. The premises are located along the PMBS route covering Rawalpindi and Islamabad areas. Interested bidders must be registered with Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP)/AOP, Federal Board of Revenue (FBR), and Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA). Bidders must also be active taxpayers on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL) at the time of tendering. A bid security of PKR 250,000 in the form of CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order from a scheduled bank regulated by the State Bank of Pakistan is mandatory. Tender documents can be downloaded from the PMA website and PPRA website without any tender fee. Bids must be delivered to the Punjab Masstransit Authority office at 5th Floor, Arfa Software Technology Park (ASTP), 346-B, Main Ferozepur Road, Lahore on or before 29th October 2026 at 14:00 Hrs. Technical proposals will be opened publicly 30 minutes after the bid submission deadline in the presence of bidders or their representatives. A pre-bid meeting will be held at 1100 Hrs on 20th October 2026 at the PMA office. PMA reserves the right to cancel the tender process at any time prior to announcement of results. Bidders are advised to carefully prepare their bids and ensure compliance with all requirements. Timely submission and proper documentation including bid security are crucial for eligibility.
