Expression of Interest for Appointment of Advertising Agencies by Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat

The Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat for Protection against Harassment of Women at the Workplace (FOSPAH), headquartered in Islamabad, invites expressions of interest for the appointment of advertising agencies. This open competition aims to select agencies to handle display and classified advertisements as well as publicity assignments for a period of two years under PID Guidelines 2021. Items being procured: - Market Research and Campaign Strategy - Social Media Campaigns - Paid Digital Advertising - Website Development & Optimization - Content Creation for Workshops & Events, PSA's and other Creative Assets - Campaign Tracking & Analytics - Influencer Engagement - Television Commercials (TVCs) and Print Media Advertising The scope includes visual content design and artwork for print, electronic, digital, and social media platforms. Eligible agencies must be enlisted with the Press Information Department (PID), Government of Pakistan. Selection and appointment will follow the Advertisement Policy 2021 issued by PID. Interested agencies should submit their profiles, including visual content and design samples, within 15 days of this advertisement's publication.
