E-Bidding for Maintenance Works of Office/Residential Buildings at Rawalpindi and Murree

The Office of the Postmaster General Northern Punjab Circle Rawalpindi invites e-bids from interested bidders and contractors registered with Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department and Pakistan Engineering Council for the repair and maintenance works of office and residential buildings located at Rawalpindi and Murree. Items being procured: - Repair and maintenance works of office buildings - Repair and maintenance works of residential buildings The e-bidding documents containing detailed terms and conditions are available for registered bidders on E-PADS and PPRA websites (www.epads.gov.pk & www.ppra.gov.pk). Electronic bids must be submitted using E-PADS (version 2.0) on or before 11:00 AM 21st September 2023, which is also the opening time and date. The financial bid opening will be at 11:30 AM on the same day. Manual submission of bids is not allowed. Notification of grievance redressal committee is available on E-PADS. Bidders are advised to ensure their registration with the relevant tax authorities and PEC, and to carefully review the e-bidding documents for compliance requirements. Earnest money and bid security details are provided in the bidding documents. The submission deadline is strict; late bids will not be entertained.
