Tender Description
The Communication and Works Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites eligible firms and contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council under relevant codes and specialties to participate in the procurement of construction and rehabilitation works under the E-PAK Acquisition and Disposable System (EPADS) project in Mardan. This tender is issued by the C&W Building Division Mardan and follows the KPPRA Procurement Rules 2014, amended up to 10-05-2022, using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure.
Items being procured:
- Construction and Rehabilitation of Public Washrooms and Boundary Wall at Gujar Garhi Park Mardan
- Improvement and Rehabilitation of Masjid Bar Jumat Mian Khan and Patta
- Improvement and Rehabilitation of Chief and Sports Hall Janazgali
- Development of Public Facilitation Lounge at Police premises, Mardan
- Installation of Solar System and Renovation of Group Latrine at Police Stations Bagh Hoti, Jabbar, Saro Shah and Police Post Gujar Garhi & Manga
- Construction of Boundary Wall with Security Gate of DPO Office Mardan
The technical scope includes civil construction and rehabilitation works such as boundary walls, public washrooms, mosque improvements, sports hall renovations, public facilitation lounge development, solar system installation, and latrine renovations at multiple police stations. The project requires compliance with PEC category C-06 and above. Contractors must submit updated FBR active status, KPPRA active status, PEC license, and C&W enlisted copies for the current financial year for each work. Bid security in the form of CDR must be submitted electronically along with the E-Bid on the E-PAD system. A non-refundable tender fee of 0.03% of the engineer’s estimate is required in the shape of CDR.
The last date for submission of financial proposals is 22-07-2026 at 12:00 PM, with financial proposals opening at 12:30 PM the same day. Bids will be opened at the office of the Executive Engineer C&W Building Division Mardan near CMH Mardan. Bidders are advised to ensure all documents are complete and submitted timely. The contracting authority reserves the right to reject bids based on past unsatisfactory performance.
