Tender Description
COMSATS University Islamabad Abbottabad Campus has allocated funds for the fiscal year 2026-27 for the procurement of works related to earthwork leveling of land for the layout of a new building at their Abbottabad-Dhamtore Campus. This tender invites eligible bidders to participate in the procurement process through a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure, adopting the Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules 2004 and related regulatory guidelines.
