Earthwork-Leveling of Land for Layout Plan of New Academic Building at CUI Abbottabad Dhamtour Campus

This tender is for the procurement of earthwork services for leveling land to layout a new academic building at Comsats University Islamabad Abbottabad Campus, Dhamtour, Abbottabad. The procurement is managed by the Comsats University Islamabad Abbottabad Campus Purchase Officer in Abbottabad city, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province. Items being procured: - Excavation/cutting in all kinds of soil to the required lines, grades, levels, and dimensions as shown on the Drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including dressing and trimming of the finished surface, filling of ditches, depressions, and other low-lying areas with approved excavated material, leveling of the excavated area, and transporting, placing, spreading, and disposing of surplus excavated material at locations within the site as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, including all leads, lifts, handling, and all incidental works necessary to complete the item in accordance with the Drawings, Technical Specifications, and the instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge, complete in all respects. The technical scope includes excavation and formation of embankments in all soil types, fill and backfill using selected or imported materials, and site survey and layout maintenance. Excavation shall be done manually or mechanically with safety measures to protect existing utilities and structures. Disposal of surplus excavated material within the project area is the contractor's responsibility. The contractor must comply with all environmental, safety, and labor regulations, including protection of archaeological sites and control of dust and noise pollution. Eligibility requires PEC Category C-5 or above, valid NTN and KPRA registration, active tax payer status, and no blacklisting. The contractor must submit a bid security of Rs. 1,000,000 in the form of a call deposit. The contract duration is 90 days from the notice to commence. Bids must be submitted electronically via EPADS by August 20, 2026, 11:00 AM, with bid opening at 11:30 AM the same day. Manual bids will not be accepted. The bid price must include all applicable taxes and duties. The contractor is advised to carefully review the site and bidding documents and ensure timely submission of all required documents including PEC certificates and affidavits.
