Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply of education and training services in Quetta, Balochistan, issued by the Directorate of Industries and Commerce. The procurement focuses on enhancing skills development, vocational training, and capacity building within the province.
The scope includes providing education and training services tailored to meet the needs of Balochistan's workforce. The project demands experienced firms with a proven track record in delivering similar assignments, emphasizing quality and relevance to local industry requirements. Bidders must demonstrate the ability to manage complex training programs and ensure effective knowledge transfer in the region.
Bidders should hold valid PEC registration and be listed on the Active Taxpayer List with BRA registration. The firm must not be blacklisted by any Pakistani procuring agency and should have SECP registration. A minimum turnover of PKR 20 million over the last three years is required, along with at least four similar assignments worth PKR 10 million each. Joint ventures are allowed if a clear agreement defines partner roles. Compliance with FBR and ATL requirements for the fiscal year 2025-26 is mandatory.
The submission deadline is set for 26 March 2026 at 11:00 AM, with electronic bids only accepted via the supplier dashboard. Tender opening will occur the same day at 12:00 PM on the EPPS system.
