Bidders must have a minimum of three years relevant experience in printing and publishing and maintain a complete printing facility setup in Lahore. Active registration with FBR and PRA, submission of samples matching the specifications, and bid security of Rs. 16,000/- in the form of Pay Order or Call Deposit are mandatory. The contract requires delivery within 15 days of award, with liquidated damages applicable for delays. A performance guarantee of 10% of the contract price is also required.
