Repair & Maintenance Services of Official Vehicle (1 x Toyota Land Cruiser V8) Model 2001 at Frequency Allocation Board Headquarters Islamabad

The Frequency Allocation Board (FAB), a public sector organization located at Plot No. 112, H-10/4 Islamabad, invites bids for the repair and maintenance services of its official vehicle, a Toyota Land Cruiser V8 Model 2001 (White Color). This procurement is for non-consultancy services under contract reference P122032 for the financial year 2026-27. The scope of work includes comprehensive vehicle repair and maintenance covering full body repair and replacement of damaged or rusted parts, complete engine overhaul or replacement, suspension system repair or upgrade, interior restoration including seats, door panels, roof lining, dashboard and flooring, electrical and lighting system repairs, AC repair and replacement, painting to showroom level finish, mechanical maintenance including brakes, steering, transmission system, and replacement of tires and rims with new ones. Items being procured: - Repair & maintenance services of official vehicle (1 x Toyota Land Cruiser V8) Model 2001 (White Color) The services will be provided at the Frequency Allocation Board Headquarters in Islamabad. Eligible bidders must be registered firms or workshops with relevant government authorities, listed on the FBR Active Taxpayer List, and not blacklisted. Bidders must demonstrate technical competence, financial resources, and experience in vehicle repair and maintenance services. The evaluation will be based on Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) with technical and financial weightage of 65% and 35% respectively. Bidders must submit bids electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 11:00 AM on October 5, 2026. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS. Manual or hardcopy bids are not accepted. Bid security and performance guarantees are required as per bidding documents. The contract includes a warranty for mechanical worthiness and free repair services for a specified period. The successful bidder will receive payments in installments: 50% advance upon contract signing and performance guarantee submission, 25% after 50% work completion, and the final 25% after satisfactory completion and inspection by FAB. Bidders are advised to carefully review the bidding documents available on EPADS, PPRA, and FAB websites. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 28, 2026, at FAB Headquarters Islamabad.
